After choosing the villa layout and your plot of choice, we require a 10% deposit to draft the leasehold agreement.
You then have 1 months or until the notarial deed is signed to make your next payment. -
The payment plan from start to finish is a 7 step process that unfolds as the construction nears completion.
The initial 10% deposit holds the villa of your choice as the leasehold agreement is finalized and the paperwork is approved. The next payment of 40% is then due 1 month later or on the moment you sign the notarial deed.
From there, there is another 20% after 2 months, which then drops to 10% at month 5. Another 10% is then due at month 7, with the final 10% at time of handover.
